Theresa L. Adams – Partner, Chairperson
Theresa is one of the founding partners and is Chairperson of Principia. For 25 years, Theresa served as Principia’s President & CEO. Prior to this, Theresa was at Republic Bank and Mercadian Capital, where she was responsible for originating and marketing derivatives transactions. Theresa also held a number of senior management positions in capital market groups within Drexel Burnham, Becker Paribas and Salomon Brothers Inc. She has an M.B.A. from New York University.
Brian E. Donnally – Partner
Brian is one of the founding partners of Principia. Previously Brian led all global derivative trading activity at Republic Bank and Mercadian Capital. He has also managed trading desks at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bank of America. Brian has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Woodward Crim Hoffman (Ph.D.) – Partner
Woodward is one of the founding partners of Principia and is a technical architect and developer within Principia's technology team. Prior to this, he was responsible for product development and chief architect responsible for the development of the analytics system used at Republic Bank and Mercadian Capital. Woodward also directed technology at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Becker Paribas. He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
